Question about Avatars?

My question is my avatar is animated and a little bigger than the way it looks now, I'm wondering if there's a way to upload it so it looks like the rest of you sister's bigger and the animations show up? Just wondering.

I had this problem with my other avatar... I just uploaded it again in my signature and it started animating. It worked...
