Sis, here's one way I know how to resize your picture.
If you saved the Avatar in your harddisk, open them in "Paint"... resize them using "Stretch/Skew" from "Image"...... reduce the percentage from "Stretch" - Horizontal & Vertical (same %age).
When you are happy with the size, SAVE.

Use this picture as your avatar.

InsyaAllah, I make sense here....... ;)
