Working on updating MMC!

Salaam aleikum Sisters,

just want to let you know that MMC is being updated now and mnay things aren't working. But don't worry because once all is done we will have many great new features added to make your time here more enjoyable. Stay tuned and I will update you as things progress. I decided to keep MMC up instead of closing it so you can still use it. Please pray all goes well.

Mashallah looks good so far but I have to admit....:(....I was real used to the old forum now....and I kinda miss it :(. All well, guess we have to get used to change in life ay?

One thing is bothering me thou.....I used to have the posts in a different format...where the 1st post was at the top and the new posts afterwards followed....I think it was called Hybrid Format....but now I can't change it :( and it is soooooo annoying the way it is now. Can I still change this Admin or am I stuck.....inshallah I can adjust the format :)

Dont worry sisters the board is going to be exactly the same as it was before. Many things are not working right now because it is still being updated. So you have to wait until the updates are done and the board is back to its original form to determine if something is working or not. I will keep you posted inshaAllah. :)

Anyway to change, go to settings at the top in pink....next to log out....then on the side menu in 'my settings' click 'general settings' and then scroll down to 'thread display options' then 'thread display mode' and you choose 'oldest first'.....InshaAllah this helps.....:)

am confused here ...whenever I attach a pic file ..it just shows up as Attached file in my post after posting it and don't see actually see the picture that posted it in the thread like I use to...But I can clearly see other sisters have posted pics and they show up just fine ...Is it just me or same with everyone else as well ? Are we not able to see our own pics that we have posted ? Just a bit confused here ...

Firstly I believe the forum as we see it right now is temporary while admin 'fixes things up' and secondly... you should be able to view the photograph if you click on 'view attachment. You just don't get to see the thumbnail as usual. Did you try clicking on it? :)
